  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
  • Discounted or clearance items (if specified)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Replacement

  • We offer replacement for defective or damaged products.
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation
