1. Returns

- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items without original packaging
- Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
- Discounted or clearance items (if specified)
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Replacement
- We offer replacement for defective or damaged products.
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
5. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
